A BG-717 Cal encapsulated by NGC as a "BG-720" with a grade of MS-65 has surfaced. Its certification number is: 2442361-015 Perhaps, it is an attempt by its submitter to hoodwink NGC by claiming a R-3 specimen as a BG-720 (R-7) on the submission form. Also, it could be a case of professional lapse on NGC's part. Caveat emptor. Let the buyer beware. |

It has been brought to my attention that the owner of the above specimen had submitted it as a BG-717 and that it came back from NGC as BG-720. What had transpired at NGC is anyone's guess. |

I recently resubmitted an NGC certified MS-65 BG-305 back to NGC as it was actually a BG-306. They agreed.
One less MS-65 BG-305 and a new MS-65 BG-306. |
